Description

• Manages the sales activities for an assigned region by performing the following duties personally or through customer service representatives. Assures the achievement of the sales and gross margin goals for Esteves Group and ensures customer satisfaction and loyalty.
• Will perform duties and tasks under the guidance of the company´s code of conduct and internal rules.
• Answer to customers´quoting and ordering requirements. These can be delivered via email, phone, or another messaging service.
• Give technical support to customers in need through visits or other contact media.
• Attend to company meetings, shows, and other events to ensure the presence of the Esteves group in front of its customers and the industry in general, many of which will require traveling abroad.
• Ensures efficiency in the handling of customer accounts while always maintaining a high standard of customer relations.      
• Provides the necessary daily support for all customers, covering the areas of technical advice, special orders, quoting prices, and handling customer relations.     
• Coordination of customer service activities with other company functions and departments; i.e., order entry, operations, inventory control, accounting, etc.
• Maintains an accurate record-keeping system on all customer orders.
• Meets regularly with the Plant Director to ensure proper information flow and adherence to stated goals and objectives.
• Assists in the evaluation of new products to best suit the applications and needs of customers.     
• Conducts him/herself in a professional manner.
• Ensures that they are active and that wasteful, non-productive time is kept to a minimum.     
• Performs all other duties that may be assigned by the Plant Director or the Regional Sales.

• Engineering/marketing studies, but not mandatory, according to background. 
• Hopefully has a wire and/or cable industry background. This is not a must. 
• Must possess excellent customer service skills. 
• Requirements include moderate to high computer skills, good math skills, cash management ability, and the ability and experience to grasp and understand the customer’s requirements. 
• Must be proficient with Microsoft Excel. 
• Must be fluent in Spanish and English, and possess effective communication skills. 
• Must be willing to travel to visit customers and company needs.
